The Creditcorp group has relaunched its corporation directory on creditcorporation.org and creditcorporation.co.uk. The two domains carry the same record: the estate's published email routes by department, the website directory across brands and products, the portal directory for customers and staff, and the legal and compliance record. The directory is published by CM Beyer Limited, the group's brand and publishing company. It holds no accounts and takes no applications; lending remains with Credicorp Limited at credicorp.co.uk. The relaunch also names GovNet, the group's regulator-access portal at govnet.credicorp.co.uk, which is served and managed on the staff platform. ### Creditcorp trade mark application published (Media release, 2026-05-15) UK00004379570, filed by CM Beyer Limited on 28 April 2026, was published in journal 2026/020 with the opposition window closing around 15 July 2026. The UK Intellectual Property Office has published trade mark application UK00004379570 for the word Creditcorp, in classes 35 and 36. The applicant is CM Beyer Limited, the group's brand company. Publication opens the standard opposition window, which closes around 15 July 2026. The application sits alongside the registered Credicorp mark, UK00004156742, held by Credicorp Limited. Both marks are cross-licensed between the two companies under the coexistence agreement dated 30 April 2026. ### Coexistence agreement signed for the Credicorp and Creditcorp marks (Media release, 2026-04-30) Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited signed a mutual trade-mark coexistence, consent and licensing agreement governing both marks under English law. Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited have signed the Mutual Trade Mark Coexistence, Consent & Licensing Agreement, dated 30 April 2026 and governed by English law. The agreement fully cross-licenses the registered Credicorp mark and the Creditcorp application between the two companies, so both spellings can be used across the group's estate with a single, documented basis. The full record of both marks is published on creditcorpgroup.co.uk. ### CM Beyer Limited incorporated (Media release, 2026-02-03) The group's brand and publishing company, CM Beyer Limited (company 17009212), was incorporated in England and Wales. CM Beyer Limited was incorporated on 3 February 2026, company number 17009212, with its registered office at Suite 53c, Unimix House, Abbey Road, London NW10 7TR. The company holds the group's brand interests and publishes its corporate reference surfaces, including this directory. It does not lend and holds no customer accounts. ### Credicorp trade mark registered (Media release, 2025-05-23) UK00004156742 for the word Credicorp was registered to Credicorp Limited in classes 36 and 45, with renewal due 6 February 2035. The UK Intellectual Property Office registered trade mark UK00004156742 for the word Credicorp on 23 May 2025, in classes 36 and 45. The holder is Credicorp Limited, the group's operating lender. The mark is the lender's trading identity and appears on credicorp.co.uk, the customer portals and the lender's paperwork. ### Credicorp Limited incorporated (Media release, 2024-11-21) The operating lender, Credicorp Limited (company 16093826), was incorporated in England and Wales. Credicorp Limited was incorporated on 21 November 2024, company number 16093826. Its registered office is Suite Au31848, 9 Skyport Drive, Harmondsworth, West Drayton UB7 0LB. The company lends to UK incorporated bodies corporate — limited companies and LLPs — and does not offer consumer credit. Its customer site is credicorp.co.uk. ### Article 60B RAO: where business lending sits (Industry research, 2026-07-11) A plain-English note on why credit to a body corporate is outside the definition of a regulated credit agreement, and what that means in practice. Article 60B of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 defines a regulated credit agreement by reference to the borrower. Credit provided to an individual, or to certain small partnerships and unincorporated associations, can be regulated credit. Credit provided to a body corporate is outside that definition. Because the group's borrowers are incorporated companies, its lending sits outside Article 60B. The estate states this position directly and avoids the looser phrase "Consumer Credit Act exemption", which describes a different mechanism. One practical consequence: the consumer-credit routes to the Financial Ombudsman Service do not apply to this lending. The lender publishes its complaints route regardless — complaints@credicorp.co.uk — and, independently of regulation, caps the total cost of borrowing at 100% of the amount advanced. ### Verifying a UK lender before you deal (Industry research, 2026-07-11) The three public registers that settle who you are dealing with: Companies House, the UK IPO trade-mark register, and the lender's own published domain list. Company identity is checked at Companies House: the registered name, number, office and filing history are public. For this group, the records are Credicorp Limited (16093826) and CM Beyer Limited (17009212). Brand identity is checked at the UK Intellectual Property Office: a registered mark names its holder. The Credicorp mark (UK00004156742) is held by the lender; the Creditcorp application (UK00004379570) names the brand company. Web identity is checked against the estate's own published domain register. The group lists every domain it operates; a domain that is not listed is not the group, however similar the name. The checker at creditcorporation.net compares any domain or sender address against that register in the browser. ### Business credit and consumer credit are different regimes (Industry news, 2026-07-11) Who is protected by what: a short map of the UK regimes a borrower might assume apply, and which ones actually do for company borrowing. Consumer credit in the UK carries a specific statutory apparatus: FCA authorisation, the Consumer Credit Act's form and content rules, FOS access and FSCS coverage where relevant. It exists because individual borrowers get statutory protection. Company borrowing is a commercial contract between businesses. The protections are the ones the contract states and the general law provides — which is why the group publishes its cost cap, its no-personal-guarantee position and its complaints route in plain terms rather than implying a regime that does not apply. The group's full regulatory statement is kept on creditcorpgroup.co.uk, and the lender's binding terms live in its legal library on credicorp.co.uk. ### The legal record, mapped (Legal, 2026-07-11) Where each piece of the group's legal record lives: companies, marks, the coexistence agreement, lender terms and the regulator route. Company records: creditcorpgroup.co.uk/companies/ carries both UK companies with live Companies House links. The primary register remains Companies House itself. Trade marks: creditcorpgroup.co.uk/trade-marks/ carries both marks, their classes, dates and the coexistence agreement of 30 April 2026. The primary register is the UK IPO. Lender terms: the binding customer documents are versioned in the lender's legal library at credicorp.co.uk/legal/. Regulators and auditors use GovNet — govnet.credicorp.co.uk — arranged through legal@credicorp.co.uk.
